Lady
Lady is doing wonderful in her
new home. At her most recent trip to the vet the x-rays looked OK and
did not indicate any heartworm, but a blood test would be needed to make sure
in three to six months.
She will be going in on Tuesday
to take care of that bad tooth that should be taken out as soon as possible.
The tooth behind that one is also bad and needs to come out. Poor baby.
The Vet also seems to believe
that Lady is much older than we thought. They feel she is probably in
the 8 to 10 range. Blood was drawn for the basic tests and other than
the tooth, she looks great. The
vet seems to think that lady is very healthy and should have no problems with
the surgery. I will keep in touch and let you know.
